OEHT is the combination of the Old Evergreen Highway Neighborhood Association and the Columbia River Neighborhood Association.  Together we provide assistance to the City of Vancouver to develop the Evergreen Corridor Management Plan.  OEHT offers community communication, support as well as fundraising for the trail until completion.   The  Evergreen Historic Trail  (Lewis and Clark Trail) is listed on every significant city action plan to date.
