Nomination Form for Board of Directors of Neighborhood Association

Select the button and fill out the form.  The information will go directly to the board and will place your information on the ballot.

We will be voting for all positions on the board.  The following positions open are as follows:

• CHAIR:  Act as the primary executive officer(s) and preside over all deliberations and activities of the Association. The chair or chairs, or their designated alternates, shall be the official spokesperson(s) of the Association.

• CO-CHAIR : Act as the primary executive officer(s) and preside over all deliberations and activities of the Association. The chair or chairs, or their designated alternates, shall be the official spokesperson(s) of the Association.

• SECRETARY: The Secretary works in conjunction with the Chair or Co-Chairs to record minutes for all public, executive and social meetings, while managing official communications and the membership database.

• TREASURER: In coordination with the Chair or Co-Chairs, the Treasurer shall maintain the financial records and reports of the Association. Background experience in finance or accounting is highly preferable.

Our bylaws are over 10 years old!  Time to give them an update.  Below are the bylaws for you to review.  OEHNA will vote on bylaws at our meeting on 

 November 30th by 5:00 PM.

The area in green is the boundary for the Old Evergreen Highway Neighborhood Association.  In specific the boundaries are as follows:  

• NORTH : State Route 14 (SR-14),

• SOUTH : The Columbia River,

• EAST : Below Evergreen Highway, Riverwood Ct to the Columbia River to the Western edge of Steamboat Landing.  North of Evergreen highway the few homes West of SilverSprings Dr.  Homes with addresses East of SilverSprings Dr. and SE Rivercrest are CRNA Homeowners.

• WEST : 73rd Avenue (not to include members of the RIverview Neighborhood Association)
